2. The whole of this website and all of the elements comprising it and/or that are visible/present on it (models of furniture, drawings of furniture, registered patents, content, text, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, graphic representations, brands, logos, domain names, etc.) are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Matière Grise Industrie is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights pertaining to these elements, either originally or by virtue of a license or by express authorization.
The use of all or part of these elements, in particular by downloading, reproduction, representation, distribution, etc., for purposes other than the personal and private use of the internet user for non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Infringement of Matière Grise’s rights exposes the perpetrator to penalties and, especially, to those provided for by the French Intellectual Property Code with regard, in particular, to copyright infringement (Article L. 335-1 et seq.), drawings and models (Article L. 521-1 et seq.), patents (Article L. 615-1 et seq.) and brands (Article L. 716-1 et seq.), as well as by the French Civil Code with regard to civil liability (Article 1382 et seq.).

Within the context of the use of the website, Matière Grise may be required to collect personal data relating to internet users, necessary for registration on the website in order to receive the newsletter, or for the creation of a customer account, or for any exchanges with the latter, such as, in particular: title, surname, given name, email address and password, telephone number, etc.
No personal data is collected without the internet user’s consent. The optional or compulsory nature of the information to be provided to Matière Grise will be indicated beforehand. Internet users are not obliged to provide personal data to Matière Grise.
